<subfield code="a"><p>The main objective of this study was the moderating effect of employee commitment between<br>
organizational culture and performance in case of dashen bank in chiro cluster. The research<br>
was a descriptive and explanatory design type, quantitative research approach, probability and<br>
nonprobability sampling techniques have been employed for this study. Primary data has been<br>
collected through a well-organized questionnaire for this study. The collected data was analyzed<br>
using descriptive and exploratory research design. Form the total population in dashen bank, all<br>
branches in ciro town was targeted as a sample. Accordingly, the researcher was stuingy the the<br>
moderating effect of employee commitment between organizational culture and performance in<br>
case of dashen bank in chiro cluster. Organization culture like clan, market, adhocracy and<br>
hierarchy ae fundamental challenging problems faced by the Dashen Bank concerning, lack<br>
consistency and lack of understanding and clarity in the mission and strategic directions of the<br>
bank as a result, studying organizational culture based on Denison&rsquo;s cultural model dimensions<br>
(involvement, consistency, adaptability and mission) and its effect on employee commitment<br>
(Affective, Continuance and Normative Commitment). analysis result shows there is significant<br>
relationship between the independent variables (clan, adhocracy, hierarchy) and the dependent<br>
variable (employee performance Depending on the study&#39;s analysis and findings, the researcher<br>
was suggested some recommendations to improve the effectiveness of organization culture on<br>
organization performance through employee commitment in the case of the Dashen Bank, all<br>
branches in ciro cluster, Ethiopia</p></subfield>
