The research was a descriptive and explanatory design type, quantitative research approach, probability and nonprobability sampling techniques have been employed for this study. Primary data has been collected through a well-organized questionnaire for this study. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive and exploratory research design. Form the total population in dashen bank, all branches in ciro town was targeted as a sample. Accordingly, the researcher was stuingy the the moderating effect of employee commitment between organizational culture and performance in case of dashen bank in chiro cluster.
