    <description descriptionType="Abstract">&lt;p&gt;The main objective of this study was the moderating effect of employee commitment between&lt;br&gt;
organizational culture and performance in case of dashen bank in chiro cluster. The research&lt;br&gt;
was a descriptive and explanatory design type, quantitative research approach, probability and&lt;br&gt;
nonprobability sampling techniques have been employed for this study. Primary data has been&lt;br&gt;
collected through a well-organized questionnaire for this study. The collected data was analyzed&lt;br&gt;
using descriptive and exploratory research design. Form the total population in dashen bank, all&lt;br&gt;
branches in ciro town was targeted as a sample. Accordingly, the researcher was stuingy the the&lt;br&gt;
moderating effect of employee commitment between organizational culture and performance in&lt;br&gt;
case of dashen bank in chiro cluster. Organization culture like clan, market, adhocracy and&lt;br&gt;
hierarchy ae fundamental challenging problems faced by the Dashen Bank concerning, lack&lt;br&gt;
consistency and lack of understanding and clarity in the mission and strategic directions of the&lt;br&gt;
bank as a result, studying organizational culture based on Denison&amp;rsquo;s cultural model dimensions&lt;br&gt;
(involvement, consistency, adaptability and mission) and its effect on employee commitment&lt;br&gt;
(Affective, Continuance and Normative Commitment). analysis result shows there is significant&lt;br&gt;
relationship between the independent variables (clan, adhocracy, hierarchy) and the dependent&lt;br&gt;
variable (employee performance Depending on the study&amp;#39;s analysis and findings, the researcher&lt;br&gt;
was suggested some recommendations to improve the effectiveness of organization culture on&lt;br&gt;
organization performance through employee commitment in the case of the Dashen Bank, all&lt;br&gt;
branches in ciro cluster, Ethiopia&lt;/p&gt;</description>
