To this effect, organizational justice, psychological contract &amp; corporate social responsibility were considered &amp; examined as antecedents of OCB. The research was of cross-sectional survey &amp; followed the design of explanatory research design with a quantitative approach. To achieve its objective, a one-time data was collected from 154 sampled employees of the Corporation out of the 185 samples which made up 83.2% response rate that was quite acceptable. The samples were selected from the population using -simple random sampling technique &amp; data were gathered using a validated self administered questionnaire. Later on, the data collected via the instrument were entered into statistical software, i.e., SPSS version 20 and later on both descriptive &amp; inferential analyses were performed to analyze the same.</p></description> </descriptions> </resource>
