    <subfield code="a">&lt;p&gt;The main purpose of this study is to examine the effects of job satisfaction on employees&amp;rsquo;&lt;br&gt;
turnover intention in Cooperative Bank of Oromia S.C. The study is conducted using a sequential&lt;br&gt;
transformative mixed research approach with descriptive and explanatory research design. The&lt;br&gt;
primary date is collected using a self-administered structured questionnaire and interview with&lt;br&gt;
the employees of the bank. In addition secondary data is collected from the bank and related&lt;br&gt;
studies. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple regressions.&lt;br&gt;
The correlation result revealed that the four job satisfaction factors are negatively and&lt;br&gt;
significantly related to turnover intention of employees&amp;rsquo;. Among the four job satisfaction factors,&lt;br&gt;
Pay satisfaction is the most predictor to turnover intention of employees&amp;rsquo; based on the regression&lt;br&gt;
result. The study recommends that the management of CBO should continuously examine and&lt;br&gt;
improve the existing HR policy and procedure on Pay and benefit structure which can guarantee&lt;br&gt;
continuous satisfaction of employees of the bank and to keep them retained in the bank.&lt;/p&gt;</subfield>
