turnover intention in Cooperative Bank of Oromia S.C. The study is conducted using a sequential
transformative mixed research approach with descriptive and explanatory research design. The
primary date is collected using a self-administered structured questionnaire and interview with
the employees of the bank. In addition secondary data is collected from the bank and related
studies. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple regressions.
The correlation result revealed that the four job satisfaction factors are negatively and
significantly related to turnover intention of employees’. Among the four job satisfaction factors,
Pay satisfaction is the most predictor to turnover intention of employees’ based on the regression
result. The study recommends that the management of CBO should continuously examine and
improve the existing HR policy and procedure on Pay and benefit structure which can guarantee
continuous satisfaction of employees of the bank and to keep them retained in the bank.</dc:description>
