"abstract": "<p>The main purpose of this study is to examine the effects of job satisfaction on employees’<br>\nturnover intention in Cooperative Bank of Oromia S.C. The study is conducted using a sequential<br>\ntransformative mixed research approach with descriptive and explanatory research design. The<br>\nprimary date is collected using a self-administered structured questionnaire and interview with<br>\nthe employees of the bank. In addition secondary data is collected from the bank and related<br>\nstudies. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple regressions.<br>\nThe correlation result revealed that the four job satisfaction factors are negatively and<br>\nsignificantly related to turnover intention of employees’. Among the four job satisfaction factors,<br>\nPay satisfaction is the most predictor to turnover intention of employees’ based on the regression<br>\nresult. The study recommends that the management of CBO should continuously examine and<br>\nimprove the existing HR policy and procedure on Pay and benefit structure which can guarantee<br>\ncontinuous satisfaction of employees of the bank and to keep them retained in the bank.</p>",
