    "description": "<p>The purpose of this paper is to explore the influence of ACE (Achieving Competency Excellence)<br>\nproject implementation, integration and strategic alignment on organizational performance in<br>\nthe case of Ethiopian Airlines MRO division. The hypotheses were simultaneously tested on a<br>\nsample of 336 respondents out of 385 distributed, giving a valid response rate of 87 percent.<br>\nSimple regression analysis was used to assess the relationships among the variables under<br>\ninvestigation. The applications used to analyze and examine the hypotheses are the Statistical<br>\nPackage for Social Sciences V.21. The findings of this study have shown a significant effect of<br>\nACE project successful implementation, integration and strategic alignment on organizational<br>\nperformance at the level of (&alpha; &le; 0.05). The results are useful in identifying areas for strategic<br>\nfocus to help the airline&rsquo;s future strategic project management. As evident from the finding<br>\nsection that the study was conducted in Ethiopian Airlines MRO division only, applicability of<br>\nthe results in other divisions may result differently. Further, as the project is conducted in the<br>\nairlines industry with unique project, application of the similar study in other industries, like;<br>\neducation, financial, and health may not come up with the same findings.</p>",
