It is known that the cut and cover tunnel-1 alignment is under urban street and it needs a serious consideration to provided street for services after excavation; and also the construction method should have to secured the worker and society around the site construction during construction time. In addition, construction method should safe with respect to environmental &socio-economical of Ethiopian. Finally, the construction method of the tunnel-1constructed by cut and cover is tested and assessed by literatures analysis.
