To this end, co-relational design was used mixed methods were employed. 309 teachers selected by simple random sampling, 7 secondary school principals, 10 supervisors  and 2 education expert were selected by purposive sampling and used as primary sources of data. Secondary data sources were from documents analysis.  Data for the study were collected through practice questionnaire; interview and document analysis. The data collected were analyzed by using Mean and Standard deviation by SPSS statics version 25. The findings of this study revealed that looked into how Instructional  Supervision and Teachers  Performance affect students’ academic achievement In  Secondary  Schools of  Kolfe Sub City in Addis Ababa .The results indicate that instructional supervision was below what was expected, with M=2.28. Teachers performance was in the moderate range (M=2.81) and student achievement stayed low, even though pass rates did improve a little, moving from 7% to 12.58%. When correlation was checked, it showed strong positive connections between supervision, performance and achievement, with r=.898, r=.678 and r=.565, and p<.01.Regression findings then showed that supervision and teachers performance significantly predicted achievement, giving R²=95% almost all 100% Teacher’s performance seems to have a more noticeable impact. Overall, the picture suggests that weak supervision practices reduced the instructional quality, and that in turn helped explain the low student results. So the study concludes that strengthening instructional supervision along with ongoing professional backing is essential for improving education quality in that area. It is further recommended that stakeholders team up school leaders, teachers, supervisors, and education offices too. so supervision stays consistent, classroom practice gets better, and student achievement can rise across secondary schools, through coordinated monitoring and sustained capacity building efforts that are continuously implemented..
