  "abstract": "<p>This study aims to identify roles of stakeholders who have definable influence on the delivery of Housing construction project at &ldquo;Akaki-kality&rdquo; project site. Four specific objectives were set accordingly: to identify the types, responsibilities and interests of different stakeholders&rsquo; during construction of Addis Ababa Housing construction project; to identify the most common factors affecting the stakeholder management process in the construction project; to investigate the challenges associated with managing various stakeholder expectations and influences; and to assess the effectiveness of stakeholder management. A literature reviews on the topic related to the stakeholder management was conducted. The research used descriptive research design and a mixed method of qualitative and quantitative approaches. The study also used both primary and secondary data sources. A questionnaire survey was carried out among selected project participants in the construction project site</p>",
