  <dc:description>The major objective of the study to an assessment employees’ job satisfaction in Vision Microfinance S.C to gather information for this purpose the following basic questionnaire is formulated. Are the employees of Vision Microfinance S.C satisfied by their job? In what does vision fund Microfinance Motivate their Employees? In what way the Vision Fund Microfinance S.C increases employees’ job satisfaction? To find solution for that questionnaire the researcher was prepared open ended questionnaires for Vision Fund Microfinance S.C employees’ and it was distributed the questionnaires for them. The study also shows that the lack of standardized performance evaluation, poor work place communication, poor work related problems addressing, turnover intension are also the crucial problems addressed in the study with relevant data sources which can give as credential inferences. The study also notified that the workers open chances for different work assignment and proper delegations for the immediate responsible workers. The output of this study is very confidential and can make a change on this office progress if the recommendations are incorporated by the office as an input and status assessment means. Some of the outputs are much related even if they are opposite to each other. This reflects that the organization should assess its current situations and should be urged to take several corrective actions.</dc:description>
