The study, with the prime objectives of to find<br>\nout & mention the roots of problems & was geared towards answering key research questions<br>\ngermane in enrollment of the CBHI in the Aleltu woreda.<br>\nPrimary data have been collected from beneficiary’s (members) of CBHI by taking 150<br>\nrespondents from five Gandas namely Maru, Mikawa, S/sageda, Ejersa & W/dera using<br>\nstructured self-administer questioner. Three employees of CBHI were contacted for in-depth<br>\ninterview & one manager of CBHI Finfine branch also has been contacted for triangulation<br>\npurpose. The data were putted in SPSS version 21 in order to get descriptive statistics or result.<br>\nThe Qualitative data collected via in-depth interviews & open ended questions were analyzed<br>\nthrough transcription in to micro-soft word processing then by categorizing & coding on their<br>\ntheme.<br>\nThe result, of the analysis shows that supply side challenges such as Lack of skilled man power<br>\nin handling the CBHI in the woreda, Lack of budget to perform the enrollment rate of CBHI in<br>\ndifferent villages of Aleltu, Absence of available nearest government hospitals at the distract<br>\nlevel, lack of enough man power because, Absence of digital camera in order to take the photo of<br>\nhouseholds during their membership, Absence of enough computers & printers (In order to<br>\nencoding the file of each members), the office is not covenant (narrow in size), the government<br>\nhealth service is not satisfactory like the private health sectors therefore peoples prefer to a<br>\nplace where good service is provided.</p>", "title": "\"COMMUNITY BASED HEALTH INSURANCE PRACTICE/ENROLLMENT AND CHALLENGES IN ETHIOPIA CASE OF OROMIYA REGIONAL STATE RURAL COMMUNITY OF ALELTU DISTRICT''.", "type": "thesis", "id": "4384" }
