Service providers, including Ethio telecom, have deployed<br>\nmobile backhaul in addition to IP core network with separate MPLS domains for each<br>\nnetwork. Internal network topology of one domain and its policy implementations are proprietary<br>\ninformation and inter-domain routing must be done without detailed knowledge of the entire<br>\nnetwork topology, policies and performance of the other domains.
