The primary challenge of higher education students is securing a job after graduation. Furthermore, there is no established mindset among the students as to how to go about translating their academic gains into innovations that can be commercialized. The study employed explanatory research design supported with deductive/quantitative approach data was collected with questionnaire and structured interview from graduating class students and university officers. The Taro Yamane (1967) formula sample size determination method was used to determine the sample size and the sample size was 328. The collected data was analyzed using inferential analysis techniques: regression and correlation. The correlation analysis result reported there is strong association among the study variables. From the simple linear regression result, it was found that family background explained 77.9% of the variation in students&rsquo; entrepreneurial attitude. The simultaneous multiple regression result reported that 83.6% of the variation in students&rsquo; entrepreneurial attitude is explained by the proposed model</p></subfield>
