    <description descriptionType="Abstract">&lt;p&gt;The objective of this study is to assess the effect of logistics performance on service delivery of ESLSE. Specifically, the study was used non-probability method for selecting the targeted population in which each item which have relation to the study are include. By doing the same way for all the populations of exporters which is 25, importers which is 43, Transporters which is 25 total customers of 93 and 70 employ of ESLSE, (Source from ESLSE marketing department documents and human resource). This total population (163) used for administering question for Exporter, Importer, Transporter and staff members of the ESLES. Key informant Interview (KII). The primary data from employee of ESLSE and customers of ESLSE were gathered using questionnaire and interview for each. in all, 120 completed questionnaires were collected from 163 the response rate. Primary sources of data gathered from ESLSE and yearly report of the enterprise to assess their logistics performance. The data is collected through structured interviews based on questionnaire, the respondents have been approached by the data collectors at either their office or on their seals area. In order to examine the date correlation analysis were used. The data entry and analysis were conducted by using SPSS version 14.the relationship between staff competence, distribution support, logistic effectiveness, logistic efficiency, information communication technology with logistics service delivery is 0.491, 0.361, 0.0241, 0.103, 0.125,respectively,which indicate a positive correlation respectively with 1% significant level that means an improvement in those challenging factors improve the overall logistics service delivery in ESLSE organization and chi-square used to correlation analysis between customer and employee of the enterprise. It is concluded that ESLSE were less performing in their logistics performance. The findings of the study revealed that each activities of logistics performance have under performance. The study recommended for ESLSE to continuously improve their logistical performance, among other things, through strengthening and developing a good relationship with others modernize their order management practice. Furthermore, it is also advisable for them to further improve the relationship between customer and other sister company or enterprise of in a foreign country&lt;/p&gt;</description>
