<dct:description><p>The purpose of this study is to examine the supply chain management practices in ethio telecom. Specifically, the study investigated the effect of, Integration suppliers Practices, Integration Customers Practices, Information Sharing, and Logistics design and internal integration on customer satisfaction. Effective supply chain management practices have become a potentially valuable way of securing competitive advantage through customer satisfaction since competition is no longer between organizations, but among supply chains. Descriptive and explanatory research design was employed in the study. Stratified random sampling was used to select the appropriate sample of the study and questionnaires were distributed proportionally to the sample drawn. To achieve the objective of the study, primary and secondary data sources were used. Out of 100 respondents&rsquo; data was collected valid from 80 respondents using closed ended questionnaires. Descriptive analysis namely frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation; and inferential analysis namely Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression was employed and analyzed using SPSS version 22. The major findings indicate that, most supply chain management practices have significance effect on customer satisfaction with in the case company. In addition to this all of supply chain management practices were moderately practiced with in ethio telecom Dire Dawa. Therefore, in order to achieve advancement in productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction in the long-run, it is better for the company to give due emphasis to the constructs of supply chain management practices and customer satisfaction. The major findings indicate that, most supply chain management practices have significance effect on customer satisfaction with in the case company. In addition to this all of the effects of supply chain management practice on customer satisfaction in case of ethio telecom dire dawa.</p></dct:description>
