The study adopted a descriptive-explanatory research design with arrangement of primary data collection via a cross-sectional survey questionnaire followed by quantitative research approach using binary regression model and taking in to account a sample of 100 DMFI employees and the key selected clients. The result of logistic regression output revealed statistically significant evidence of 12&amp;rsquo;s variables out of 18 variables in affecting micro finance institutions loan repayment performance at 5% of significance level. To this end, education, age, alternative source of income, saving habit, business experience, business location, business sector, loan size, loan purpose, repayment schedule, appraisal and training factors were are significant in explaining micro finance institutions loan repayment performance in one hand. On the other side, however, gender, ownership structure, family size, loan purpose, lending strategy factors are insignificant variables in determining micro finance institutions loan repayment performance. Therefore, the study suggest that Micro Finance Institutions should taking in to account those twelve identified (12) significant variables, where it explains that repayment performance plays an important role to ensure that MFIs can continue providing microfinance to the micro entrepreneurs without depending on subsidies.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
