    <description descriptionType="Abstract">&lt;p&gt;This document contains a two years Field Epidemiology Training Program outputs which is equivalent with thesis to be submitted to graduate school of public health for partial fulfillment of master degree in Field Epidemiology. It includes reports of diseases outbreak investigations, public health surveillance data analysis, surveillance system evaluation, narrative summary of disaster situation report, manuscripts, abstracts, and training reports. Accordingly the document is organized to ten chapters; chapter one contains diseases outbreak investigations. I conducted two outbreak investigations as first Author and the investigations were conducted using case control study design. Investigation report contains abstract, introduction, methods, discussions, conclusion, recommendations, acknowledgement and references separately.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
