<p>This research paper discussed the influence of organizational culture on employees&rsquo; performance in case of Fincha sugar factor. The objective of this study was to investigate the influence of four organizational culture traits namely, competitive, entrepreneurial, bureaucratic and consensual on employee performance in Fincha Sugar Factory. The thesis adopts explanatory and descriptive research with quantitative research approach. Data for the study was collected from 275 employees, using questionnaire and interview. Both inferential and descriptive analysis are used to see the relationship and influence of independent variables on dependent variable. The results show that the three traits measuring organizational culture were all positively related with employee&rsquo;s performance except competitive culture. Moreover, entrepreneurial is the most contributing organizational culture traits in the prediction of employee performance with beta value .500. The other three organizational culture traits, in their descending order of standardized coefficients are consensual, bureaucratic and competitive. Furthermore, statistically significant result for the three organizational culture traits: entrepreneurial, bureaucratic, and consensual, indicate that there is significant relationship with employees&rsquo; performance. However, competitive culture doesn&rsquo;t have significant effect on employee performance as per the result of regression analysis.</p></subfield>
