The study employed explanatory study design. Data was collected through questionnaire and interview from the study area. Respondents were selected using census technique and a total of 146 respondents were included in the study. The data collected were organized, tabulated and analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regressions. The major findings the study indicates that administrators’ team building behavior, co-worker relationship, freedom and openness was found to be very low in the organization of the study area. Insufficient health care services and inadequate medical equipments/materials were also reported. However, there was better physical environment in terms of having clean, initiating and comfortable working area. Further, employees’ affective commitment level was found to be low and employees’ of the study area have showed moderate levels of continuance commitment. The result of regression analysis indicated that, organizational climates such as quality of physical environment, team building and co-worker relationship significantly affect the employee job satisfaction (p<0.05). To raise organizational climate to more positive and health climate, improving employees’ engagement by improving their social relation is recommended.
