<description descriptionType="Abstract"><p>The purpose of this study was to examine the Determinates of employee&rsquo;s performance evaluation system in Government Sectors in Ginnir District East Bale, Oromia. Both probability and non-probability sampling techniques was used to select participants from each cluster&rsquo;s sector, Samples of 337 participants consisting of Employees, appraisal committee, and sectors head, was selected and used as a sample of the study(Gindhir woreda public service2015). Thus, questionnaire was used for employees and Appraisal committee, in depth was conducted with office head, FGD was conducted with two selected pull sectors from service clusters and appraisal committee. Document analysis was employed to gather information. Both qualitative and quantitative data analysis methods should be used to analyze the data. Qualitative data was analyzed through narrative description, and or direct quotations of the opinions of the participants. Quantitative data were analyzed through Descriptive statistical tools such as frequency distribution, percentage, weighted mean, standard deviation was employed to describe the data quantitatively and SPSS and multiple regression was used to analyze data.. Accordingly, the regression output result of Employee Motivation has positive and statistically significant impact on employee performance evaluation system in government sector of Ginnir district. The correlation analysis also confirmed positive and significant relationship. The extent of Personal Development Plan has positive and statistically significant impact on employee performance evaluation system in government sector of Ginnir district. From this it was concluded that as adequate Personal Development Plan increase it led to correspondent increase in their performance evaluation system. The correlation analysis also confirmed positive and significant relationship.4<br>
