"description": "<p>The general objective of this thesis was assessing the current practices of monitoring and evaluating activities in development projects of Addis Ababa Bureau of Finance and Economic Development. For the achievement of its objective, the study employed descriptive research approach and both primary and secondary data were used. Questionnaires, focus group discussion, interview, and document review were, therefore, used as data collection tools. Furthermore, it employed purposive and judgmental sampling techniques. For data analyzed purpose, the research employed tables, frequency and percentage approaches and examined questionnaires, focus group discussion, observation, review of administrative records, and interview set by AABoFED as development projects monitoring and evaluation gathering tools and techniques.</p>",
