"description": "<p>Soil erosion is a worldwide problem in Ethiopia and other African country, Diko Watershed has been affected by soil erosion for long years due to several factors. This study aimed to prioritize sub-watersheds for planning soil conservation and quantify soil loss in the watershed using a RUSLE model based on geographic information systems. The study's primary and secondary data were gathered from various sources and utilized to estimate the parameters of the RUSLE model. The model was trained with inputs related to land use, land cover, rainfall erosive effect, soil erodibility, topography effect, and supportive conservation practice components to estimate the quantity of soil lost from the watershed</p>",
