This study aims to examine the effect of fleet management on organizational performance in case of Ethio Telecom of East Region (ER). The study was conducted on a sample of 189 employees of Ethio Telecom of ER those working in Fleet and facility, Infrastructure-Power and Environment, Fixed network, and in Direct channel work units with which 162 responses were returned and it representing 85.7% response rate. Data was collected using questionnaire and interviews question. Stratified sampling technique was employed in selecting respondents. Descriptive and explanatory research design were used and the data was analyzed using statistical software package called Stata version 17. Descriptive analysis namely percentage, mean and standard deviation and graph, and inferential analysis such as multiple linear regression and Pearson Correlation were employed. The study revealed that, repair and maintenance, fuel management, driver management, vehicle scheduling and routing, vehicle monitoring and tracking, and vehicle disposal and replacement managements have positive effect on organizational performance. The study showed that fleet management and organizational performance have a significant relationship. The study also reveals that fleet management moderately contributed to organizational performance of Ethio Telecom of ER and recommended that, Ethio Telecom of ER should give high focus to its fleet management to optimize its contribution to organizational performance and to minimizing its fleet cost.
