Colobus guereza ssp. gallarum. The IUCN Red List of Threatened Species

Colobus guereza gallarum is listed as Vulnerable A2c. This subspecies is endemic to the remnant forests of the Ahmar Mountains of eastern Ethiopia. The main threats to C. g. gallarum are clearing of forest for farmland and settlements, livestock grazing and browsing, cutting of trees for lumber, firewood, charcoal, and production of beehives, and climate change.
